Thank you for visiting Bianca's Hair Extensions. These terms and conditions (terms) cover the content on this website, all products sold on this website and the services I provide in person. The terms 'I', 'me' and 'my' refer to Bianca Di Mascio, owner of Bianca's Hair Extensions. The terms 'you' and 'your' refer to the user of this website.


  1. The content of this website is for general purpose only and is subject to change without notification. By using this website you agree to these terms and conditions, my privacy policy and cookie policy.

Online Orders, Cancellations & Returns:

  1. When you place an order you will receive a New Order Confirmed notification email sent to the email address you provided. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours please contact me quoting your order number, and it will be resend it.

  2. If you change your mind with 12 hours of placing your order you may cancel your order by sending an email to cancellations@biancashairextensions.co.uk for a full refund.

  3. Once your order has been dispatched I will send you an Order Dispatched notification email. If you do not receive your order within 14 days of receipt of your Order Dispatched notification email please contact me quoting your order number, and will be investigate further.

  4. If I determined that your order has been lost in the post, I can either re-ship your items (dispatch times vary back on our stock levels) or refund your order.

  5. All of my products are shipped via Royal Mail and in some cases may take up to 12 working days (weekends not included) for hair extensions and up to 8 weeks for bespoke wigs to be dispatched, depending on my stock level at the time of your order. You can choose between Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class or Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class. See Shipping & Returns for our shipping prices.

  6. I completely understand that choosing the correct colour from a computer screen cannot always be easy. Therefore I will happily exchange your item(s) if they are not the correct colour, so long as they are as new and returned in the original packaging within 14 day from receipt of delivery. Bespoke wigs and aftercare products not included. Please note that returns are sent at your own cost, and I will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item(s). Dispatch times vary based on my stock levels. See Shipping & Returns for our return address.

  7. Maintaining your hair extensions or hair pieces correctly and using Bianca's Hair Extensions aftercare products is very important. I accept no liability for a hair products reduced lifespan where the correct maintenance and aftercare methods were not used.

Customer Accounts:

  1. If you chose to create a customer account you will receive a Welcome notification email sent to the email address you provided. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours please contact me, and it will be resent.

  2. If you forget your password click Forgotten Password and enter your email address. You will receive a Reset Password email notification that will allow you reset it.

  3. If you no longer have access to the email account used to create your customer account, you will need to create a new one as it is not possible to update your email address at present.

  4. You can add multiple payment methods to your customer account. I only see the last four digits. See privacy policy for more information.

  5. You cannot save your PayPal account as a payment method as present.

  6. You can add multiple shipping addresses to your customer account and set a default address.


  1. I require a deposit to book all installation, maintenance and removal appointments. The remainder of the quote must be paid on the date of your appointment upon arrival. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of your appointment and your deposit will not be refunded

  2. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  3. I only accept Cash, Bank Transfer or Direct Deposit.

  4. Cheques & PayPal are not accepted.

  5. All payments for hair extensions, hair pieces and wigs for your installation appointments are non-refundable.

  6. Please note, if you change your mind during or after installation, removal of your hair extensions, hair piece or wig is not free, and I do not accept returns under any circumstances.

  7. If your maintenance appointment requires more time than you have booked, additional costs are required before continuing.

  8. If you attend your installation, maintenance or removal appointment without adequately washing your hair prior, please note I accept no liability for any issues or time delays that arise as a result. If you require me to wash your hair during your appointment, additional costs will be required beforehand.

Trade Accounts

  1. To qualify for a trade account, you must be a fully trained and qualified hair extensionist, and provide proof of your qualification before your trade account will be approved.

  2. I only accept trade customers residing in the United Kingdom.

  3. Once your account has been approved I will send your our trade account discount code which can be used at checkout to apply your discount.

  4. If is forbidden to share our trade account discount code. Doing so will result in your trade account being revoked.

  5. I reserve the right to deny a trade account application for any reason.

  6. All orders placed with our trade account discount code will be checked against my database of Bianca's Hair Extensions approved trade customers. Failure to match our database will result in immediate cancellation of the order and any monies paid will be refunded.

  7. If you move address or any of your other personal/business details change, please inform me before placing you next order by sending me an email to trade@biancashairextensions.co.uk. Once your details have been updated will I notify you by email.

  8. The delivery address for all trade orders must match the address I have on record, otherwise your order will be cancelled and any monies paid will be refunded.

  9. The trade account discount amount and/or code is subject to change at any time. All trade customers will be notified by email if such a change occurs,

Privacy Policy

Thank you for visiting Bianca's Hair Extensions. This Privacy Policy describes what information I collect and how it's used.

  1. I collect personal information such as email address, name, shipping address, phone number and payment information when you place an order. This information is used to secure payment for purchase and ship the item(s) to you. As I use Stripe to process your payments I only store the last four digits of your payment method(s).   2. I do not collect passwords when you create a customer account.

  3. I collect personal information such as name, email address and phone number when you contact me using my contact form. I use this information to respond to your enquiry. I do not share or sell your personal information to third parties.

  4. I collect your name when you send me a testimonial. Your name and testimonial will be shared on my website and social media pages.

  5. I collect personal/business information such as name, business name, email address, phone number, address and hair extensions certificate when you apply for a trade customer account. I use this information to verify your qualifications and to check against all orders placed with the trade customer discount code. I do not share or sell your personal/business information to third parties.
